In our country guesthouse "Waldhorn" a restaurant with cosy atmosphere, in which 50 guests find easily place, is awaiting you as well as a secondary room with separate entrance for approx. 30 persons.
A roofed terrace and a beautifully beer garden are inviting you with each weather to a cosy stop with self-baked cakes or a snack with specially brewed house beer.

The history of the country guesthouse and our pension

Our beautifully located hotel offers on the one side a marvelous view on the "Bergwald" ("Mountain Forest").
There are a lot of secrets about the naturally grown forest, which covers the mountain, which are yet not completely investigated until today.

On the other side of our hotel you can experience the view of the "Horn", a part of the forest area, which carries its name as a prominent hilltop rightly.

Out of that the name "Waldhorn" was the result. Beside that a gift by a regular guest inspired us for this naming.

The guest gave to our son Franz an old, but still playable bugle (to the enthusiasm of all our Franzi actually could produce a few tones out of this instrument). Since that time this bugle belongs to its constant companions.
